A Quote from the Character: Suzie Chong
"When we look back on our lives later on, we'll either have what we want out of life, or we'll have the reasons why we don't. What do you want? Have you truly asked yourself lately?
And has your soul been quiet enough to hear the answer?
Now it's time for you to step up to the plate, embrace who you are, but more importantly to embrace what you were meant to become...
I'm sure that this means asking yourself A LOT of questions, and waiting for the answers.
You're capable of the answers, right?
Take care of yourself.
Go away by yourself for a while... at least a weekend, better to be a week if you can afford it. Go to some island, go to a cabin, at least an hour out of town... exercise, long walks, long contemplations... and leave your phone... what did we do when we didn't have cell phones? Did Thoreau take one into the woods because of a possible emergency?
Eat well. Don't eat shitty processed crap. It's your body for Christ's sake.
Sleep well. You think that it's cool to work a lot and not get very much sleep? No it's not, knock it off. That's a load of bullshit that they fed us back during the Industrial Revolution and you know it. And if you didn't know it, you know it now.
Think about relocating, not because where you are sucks, cause it doesn't, but because there really is a huge world out there. If you can't relocate, at least travel...and I don't mean out of state, I mean out of Country. Education comes with exposure, get some. I saw a quote recently, it said "If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much space." Good, huh?
What happened to the World and our Lives being filled with possibility? It's still there... the same World, and we're still ALIVE, we just need to act like it."
