Meeting Suzie Chong
Okay, so this is kind of late notice. I've been putting this off long enough. I keep changing the time and date of the show, because I keep losing my nerve. But, I'm just going to go ahead and DO THE BASTARD! Damn it.
As some of you know, I've been trying to edit/memorize and work on the one-person play that I've written and will be performing at the Hub Theater in North Hollywood. I will also be performing it in Santa Barbara as well, even if it's for Will and the dogs in our living room. I'll duct tape their asses to the couch if I have to. And then I'll wake them up when I'm done.
It would be a lot easier to work on this play if someone else would just do it for me. The play is written and basically just needs tweaked; some minor edits, some major edits, then fully memorized, then set on fire and the ashes should be disposed of properly. And started over.
So, I am trying. And I don't know why, but I'd rather be chewing on a mouth full of nails. Nevertheless, in this attempt for me to get more motivated/disciplined and to also get to know my characters better, I've decided to start doing Blog Talk Radio.
Tomorrow (Sunday, for those of you too drunk to want to look at the calendar...MOM!), at 12 noon Pacific Time (3pm Eastern for those of you too high to figure it out...DAD!), there is a 30 minute interview scheduled with one of the characters from the play; Miss Suzie Chong.
I will be interviewing her, but we'd really prefer to hear from you. And ANY questions that you have for Suzie will be welcomed. Well...almost any. So, please, for a little bit of fun and for me to get to know Miss Suzie Chong better, please call in with your questions.
